I cant regulate my body tempature.

when i start getting hot my air seems to get very thin. Is there any thing that  help with the tempature holistically.

    Hi Janet, I actually get the opposite. I have RA and fibromyalgia and I’m freezing more than not. I’ve heard good things about Tumeric however it didn’t do anything for me. Sorry I couldn’t help more. I hope you find some relief!
