I cant sleep when in a relationship but can sleep fine when single..HELP PLEASE

When I have a girlfriend I can't seem to sleep very well, I don't mean when she sleeps in my bed, i mean all the time, it's getting very frustrating and draining now as I can sleep fine when I'm single, can anyone help me understand why this is? Thanks

    It is very common.It will go when you get married.No need to worry.

    Once you get used to the person you will be ok.  It's what you are used to, your life has been as a singleton living alone.  You will relax after you become more familiar with this person.  How I know is because occasionally I have a visitor, more a male friend than a relationship, I cannot relax, I,m on the tips of my toes all the time.
