I could swear !!!!!!!

I've put on a pound. It's my own fault, snacking in between meals and definitely not enough exercise. I'm agoraphobic (have been for years) so I don't go out alone and with hubby working all week I tend to be a couch potato. Need to get my head in gear

I wouldn't worry too much, when hubby comes back sure you can work that lb off together

Hi Petal, I'm sure that lb, and a couple more, will come off without too much additional effort. Do you have a Wii fit? Mind you, I'm one to talk, it is difficult to motivate yourself at home when there is a lot you can do to exercise. Sky plus hasn't helped....so many recorded programs to watch sad

Yes I do have a Wii fit (and an exercise bike) and they are both gathering dust. Also I am mega constipated even though I drink lots and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.

Petal - how long have you been on the tablets?

Maybe stopping them for 2 days might help with the constipation or a little senikot.

I went from one extreme to the other, I had horrific side effects (I wasn't on a low fat diet before taking them). Then I felt 'bunged up' recently. I stopped them for only 2 days, then re started them.

    Take care xx

Cluck, I have been on the tabs for nearly a year. Like you say, may be it's time to have a break from them.

I think Wii fits are becoming the new gym memberships....loads of people have them but don't use them. Mine is gathering dust too!!

Someone really out to do a study of how the tablets can affect your digestive system, other than the obvious if you eat too much fat, and what to do/eat to conteract the issues. There are enough of us on here to provide examples.
