I cry even when something doesn't hurt me and I'm not able to control my tears .

I have been in depression for more than 2 years and once I cried in front of the entire class as I couldn't take it any more. Ever since that day, I'm not able to control my tears and people label me as a overly sensitive person and make fun of me. I've become sensitive but not overly sensitive. Sometimes i cry even when something doesn't hurt me, or if I find something very lovely or beautiful (not the appearance) and I cannot control them no matter how much I try. All the hacks on the internet couldn't help me.

you could use some support right now. Speaking with a counselor would be very helpful for you. You can do it online or at an office. Not sure your age but if you are a minor, ask your parents about this. You shouldn’t have to feel this way. If you’re in school, there are school counselors you can talk to and it’s confidential. Take care

hi vaiyushi, i think something has set this off and you just need support for you. you need to try to work out why this is happening, things really hurt me but it's because i have PTSD which is a health problem, to do with trauma. it's really tough. ignore people online, they don't know your life? get some help, talk to someone! good luck there will be someone/a company near you, if you're in England, it's probably free.
