I depressed, after vericelectomy 6 months ago, and my left testicle is big and right is normal.

Hello sir,

When I was diagnosed with vericocelectomy surgery 6 months ago, my left side testicle is normally big and the right side was normal small, there was no pain and swaling , but it is good to know that there is a problem or it is all natural after surgery,I don't know that is hydrocele or not,Please answer this, Doctor hope you answer it quickly, hopefully, suggest right answer Doctor.
