i am worried and not sure what it is ? is it genital warts ? i will go see the dermatologist but the appointment is so far away.

Probably ingrown hairs... I had the same recently and it grew quite large due to infection, ended up having it cut out. Think I'm going to wax next time I want really short hair.

I took some for documenting it personally but they aren't suitable for posting here unfortunately as I had an erection when taking the photos(my last reply on my thread got moderated)
You look clean shaven in your picture though which is why I suspect it's also an ingrown hair
