I did something so stupid and I'm scared for my vagina

I have horrible health anxiety and I did an extremely stupid thing earlier that has me losing my mind.. I know I'm not supposed to wash inside my vagina but its been hot here and I've been sweaty. I felt gross, so I grabbed a wash cloth from next to my shower and used it to wash my vagina VERY thoroughly. I realized a couple hours after my shower when I threw the cloth into the washing machine that it smelled very strongly of cat pee. I don't know how I didn't notice the smell when I was washing myself but I know it had to have been that way before I used it and not after, because my cat wouldn't have been able to reach it when I was done with it. I frantically washed my vagina again when I realized this, but the damage is done. I seriously scrubbed inside my vagina with cat pee. I am SO worried I'm about to develop the worst UTI of my life, a bladder infection, a kidney infection, a horrible disease from my cat, etc. I'm so anxious over this I can't sleep. What should I do? I can't call my doctor right now and I'm not going to the ER for this in the midst of this pandemic. I'm so embarrassed I don't even want to call the nurse hotline for advice. I'm so so scared. I tried to look this issue up to see if there was any advice anywhere but apparently I'm the only person dumb enough to have ever done something like this.

    Hi,

First off do not panic. I've never heard of a situation like this before but if bacteria has entered your vagina you may develop a yeast infection or a bacterial infection. If you notice symptoms of any type of infection call your doctor and they will give you medication. The only advice I have is even on hot, sweaty days the vagina cleans itself. When washing your vagina you should only be using soapy water while moving the clitoral hood to get under it and cleaning the labia. Never put soap inside the vaginal canal. Hope this helps.
