I don't have any external skin tags with my chronic anal fissure what does this mean?

Posted , 4 users are following.

I once pulled the butt hole apart and saw a cut of some sort it was red but I never saw anything like an external skin tags. All I know is I got this from straining due to constipation and forcing the stool.

I used hemorrhoid creams already but all it did was ease the pain.

I wonder if its just hemorrhoids that I have?

No doctor has ever inspected this for me to determine exactly what it is, but I am almost certain it has to be a fissure.

I wonder if this is good news on my part?

My fissure is far up the anal canal so you can say it is a bit long. And I do get throbbing horrible spasms but I am hoping the fact that my butt hole looks normal and nothing sticking out external and that it is only 3 months old now I have the fissure I am hoping this is some sort of good news with regards to healing it.

have you seen any Colorectal surgeons? Usually a primary physician does not know how to check Anal fissure. You need a specialist in that field to tell you. Same here in the States.

No I have not, my general doctor won't even look at my anus he thinks that is too embarrassing to do but I could understand why. Looking at a strangers anus isn't exactly what anybody would want to do unless its some hot chick.

So as it stands it is POSSIBLE that this isn't a fissure?

I got it 4 times in 2 years this is the 4th time I got it but this time it won't heal the previous times it heal just fine. But this time when I forced it during constipation it sliced from further up the anal canal. I wonder how people handle this crap when in prison? can you imagine being raped by gangs of men every day and dealing with fissure at the same time?

you have a fissure for sure and its not going anywhere 100%. you need surgery asap, not botox but where they cut the anal muscle. this relaxes it and lets it heal

I thought you had this for 3 months, If its recurring more than once you most Likely have Chronic Anal Fissure. If its deeper or in different places you really should see a Colorectal surgeon As soon as possible. The Longer you wait the worse it will get.

LMAO in prison or being Queer LOL! It's a good thing we are not in prison or Queer. I would have to fight to the death! Well thank goodness we have better chances of healing without that horrible circumstance.

you guys are scaring me, maybe I wasn't clear enough. My issue isn't that I have a fissure, it was my fault for thinking it had healed after 4 months pain free. And then going and eating a bunch of junk food. I was fine eating fast food lots of meats etc but I realize I can't eat biscuits and chocolates I ate a 0 fiber diet that specific day and didn't drink enough water which ultimately led to constipation and then reopening of the fissure but much more serious this time.

I collected my Nitro 0.2% today and I am going to use it. I am on a strict diet right now where I am 60% better as of Today compared to last week. I am hoping this nitro will allow the cut to heal enough to the point where a high fiber diet won't give me any pain.

I am going to try and get this to heal on my own. I can't afford surgery and our public health sector surgery is too risky. As it stands my situation is better I will use the Nitro and let you know how it works out.

I think we are just looking out for you John. To go through this is horrible. I really hope you are completely healed soon. Just in case please see a Colorectal surgeon If this ever happens again. You and many others don't deserve such torment. Keep in touch.

Ok thanks, once this is healed I am never going to f**k up again. For the rest of my life I will make a complete lifestyle change.

In future after I have finished my HVAC schooling I will have money and if it ever happens I will be able to afford a good colorectal surgeon.

But for now I don't see why this won't work, I am 60% healed compared to last week following a very strict diet, every day seems to be better I am hoping the Nitro will take care of the rest.

I mean I have not gotten blood or extreme pain in 2 days this should be a good sign.

I will let you know how it works out for me.
