I don't know if this is normal or more serious, Help!

First Post, I've had a history of health anxiety issues over the years starting as a teenager with breathing difficulties. It has come and gone a few times over the years.

I had breathing issues and feeling of not being in my own head in November, this lasted about a month and went away.

Recently about 4 weeks ago, I felt really hot and then started feeling off balance, I can still stand on one leg for a good length of time on both sides. The unreality issues came back and persistent feeling of wanting to be sick. That has all gone but I'm experiencing what feels like a heavy or slightly weak right leg and my right arm feels tired/ weak. I've tested my strength with exercise and I see no difference in strength or feeling in them but I've no idea if this could be a symptoms of anxiety?

I phoned my doctor and he sent me to hospital as an emergency to get a CT Scan and blood looked at which all came back cleat.

Has anyone else had similar experience?

yes there are millions of people with your same symptoms, including myself, all of which have unmanaged anxiety and stress. I’ve had it for over 30 years off and on.

you have a history of anxiety so the physical symptoms can come and go and be in different parts of the body. None of the symptoms related to anxiety or harmful but I know how scary they can feel.

keep in mind that your blood tests were all normal as well as the CT scan. So now, what you can do is start to work on anxiety management so that you don’t get the symptoms.

I would suggest you speak with a counselor who can help you do this. It’s difficult to do alone because we tend to get caught up in our thoughts and never really get anywhere. The counselor can help you learn how to stay out of your head and manage things.

breathing issues, feeling hot, off-balance, heaviness feeling are all common with long-term anxiety.

as Long as you get a yearly physical exam. When that comes out OK, then continue to work on reducing anxiety in your life. Take care
