I don't know it is Uti or IC or urethral problem or bladder

Hello,I'm 20 years old boy and I masturabte frequently and I have the symptoms of frequent urinating but no burning and no pain. My test result are all negative, UrineC and S,ultrasoung, result are all normal,no bacteria, and no sign of bladder wall thickening. but urologist said I have UTI and give me medicine and now it happen again

I don't know what to do,when I pee and I have a feeling that there is urine still left in the penis and sometime no feeling and it's ok,sometime it's happen, I don't know what to do.due to covidI'm waiting cytoscopy, please any suggestion,I'm so scare that it could be IC( interstitial cystitis) , and I have discomfort in lower back and my butt. Sometime after masturbate, I pee frequently.

if you have like this, and anything plz reply me

    yeah, almost forgot it, when I drink much water I have this symptoms come back
