I don't know what i have

2010- First time right lower abdomen dull pain. Doctors tell me it's just digestive problems. From then and until this day, that pain is recurring, radiating to the right testicle and back. Also, the muscle in my right lower abdomen, from time to time, when it hurts, it rises a little, and when I press it, I feel gas moving. Lots and lots of doctors tell me they can't find anything.

2015- The pain gets for a week a lot more powerful, so I go to the emergency room, and they get my appendix out. For a while, a month or so, I'm pain free, but then it comes back, the same.

2016- The pain it's again too powerful, so again to the emergency. They say that I have a small hernia, and that's giving me all my symptoms. I get a laparoscopi c repair, 5 days after the surgery, the pain is back. And no, it was not pain from the surgery, it was the same pain.

At the beginning of this year, as I had my back pain, I thought to go to a massage, and the masseuse did something to rearrange my spine or something like that. The days after, my back pain began to disappear, and in the same time, the abdominal pain disappeared too. Now it's back on, but it made me realise that it could be from my spine. I know I have scoliosis.

So I am asking you, could spine problems, a compressed nerve or something, give right lower abdominal pain radiating to the testicle and the gas trapped? What else could it be? I don't know what I have, please help. I just, can't take it anymore. It's almost seven years now, starting with occasional pain and now it's present all the time. I find myself incapable of doing anything anymore...

You have RIF pain. Right Iliac Fossa pain. This covers lots of conditions and the usual culprits are appendicitis and hernia, but there others. Try having a look at the section on Right Iliac Fossa pain on this site and see if anything looks simialr to yours.  Do you have normal bowel motions? Does any particular food make it worse?

Do you know which foods cause the gas in your intestine? It could be the gas causing you pain or it could be the scoliosis as you have suggested. Try to tackle the gas problem first by eliminating foods one at a time ,say over a week,to see if it makes any difference. If you have a gassy build up I would expect you to say you are constantly having to release the gas in a fart[s] and that your motions are gassy and quite "explosive" in nature. If you dont have either of these then you probably dont have a gassy intestine.   Are you having any treatment for the scoliosis?  Have you had diagnostic scans for the condition? Are you taking any sort of medication?
