I don’t know what I have but I’m worried it’s herpes.

I have been in a monogamous relationship for 4 months but it ended a 6 weeks ago because I have moved to a new country (in a very hot and humid climate that my body is not used to) I had unprotected sex about a month ago ago with a new partner who has also recently got out of a monogamous relationship and claims to have no STI's. 3 weeks ago i got very sick with a horrible sore throat and fever, I thought it was covid but i tested negative. A few days after the sore throat cleared up i noticed purple spots under the head of my penis and my penis head became very chapped (pictures 1 and 2). The purple spots and chapped skin cleared up in a matter of 2 days but a few days later I noticed a blemish in a new spot near my penis head away from where the purple spots were (picture 3) which, I thought was a friction burn because I masturbate quite often without lube but now im not so sure. Also to note: I got ringworm on my penis before moving to the new country and it has been going away and coming back despite me treating it due to the tropical environment i now live in, also ive been getting plenty of heat rashes because my body is not used to this climate since i moved from the midwest united states. If anyone could provide an opinion as to what is going on with my body I would really appreciate it.
