I don't know what is this above my nails. Can anyone tell me what is this???

    They look like fluid filled cysts and really there is not much to do about them . You can try soaking your fingers in warm water and massaging the cysts. Do not try pricking or puncturing them. You may cause infection. If they become very large see your doctor. .

    I dont think they are whitlows which are usually very sore and filled with pus and often have a surrounding red and puffy infection.
