I have noticed these tiny red clustered bumps and rashes for the past week on my arms, chest, and stomach. They seem to multiply everyday. Not really itchy or painful. I'm worried they might be bed bug or mite bite. Does anyone know what these could be? This has never happened to me before. Thank you for your help in advance!!

Dont think they are bites but not sure what they are. If you run your hand over them lightly are they rough?Have you changed your diet?

i have the same thing that person has. when i run my hand over it i barely feel a thing.
