I don't know what's happening with my penis. Can anyone help me?

hello

sorry for my bed English.

I want to tell you since august 2020 I have do sex with prostitute with protection but my protection was broken.

after 3 days of this exposure I noticed some red rashes on my penis glans(soft), but after 5 days all rashes was clear without any treatment.

after 6 month of this exposure I have done 2 blood test 1st is HIV and 2nd is HEPATITIS B and both the test come negative.

But in October 2021 I had noticed that my penis glans (soft) was changing colour this is so sacred me, but i am not feeling itchy but when I touch my glans I feel burning.

please tell me what going with me Iso afraid😖.
