I don't know what's wrong with me

This started about 3 months ago when I suddenly experienced uncontrollable shaking and my oxygen levels were 93. I remember feeling unbearably cold even if the room temperature was already warm. Prior to that I've also experienced acceleration of heartrate that went around 110-120 beats per minute usually after eating. I went to the doctors and had a series of tests done to me like CBC, Heart scan, 2D echo, urinalysis, thyroid test, albumin was negative, and everything came out perfectly normal. Was prescribed metropolol and some acid reflux meds since maybe the doc thought it was GERD. But that still doesn't explain the shaking. They told me to observe my condition for a while. After about a month or so it came back, only worse. The shaking was much worse and heartrate was now 120+ even while I am resting.
I now have new symptoms like forgetting how to breathe once i am on the verge of sleeping. I always end up gasping for air and when I'm alert again i seem to be breathing just fine. This only happens when I am on the verge of sleeping, and everytime I wake up from it I have a pulse oximeter with me my oxygen levels were 92. When I am active during the day sometimes I feel weak and it feels as if my body is shutting down. I am not involved in any straining work or stress when i have these symptoms. Went to the doctors again and they just told me to observe again and gave me propanolol and some more acid reflux meds.
I'm at a loss on what to do since I genuinely don't know what's wrong with me. Do other people have the same experience? Or any idea what this might be? Is this something neurological? Any idea would help, thank you. I'll just put this under the neurological disorder thread since I don't know where to put it.
