I don't know what's wrong with me... Can you help me?

im burning up skin very hot.. my eyes are blood shot.. i have minor body pain.. there are what feels like bumps behind my neck... when i press them i begin to belch loudly.. i have diarrhea.. and i keep hearing this gassy sound from my abdomen... loss of appetite.. minor headaches..when i stand i feel added pressure in the palms of my hands.. with slight dizziness.. blood pressure is good... sugar levels  are good.. im so tired.. three days now.. im 298 lbs 35 years of age.. male...

    Hi there,

    I think the best thing Is to get In touch with your GP. It sounds scary for you and maybe you have caught an illness that needs exploration?

    The bumps on the back of your neck are most likely swollen lymph nodes and are a sign that you are fighting infection. I would check the front of your neck, under your chin, and your armpits for other similar bumps. Have you recently been exposed to anyone else who was sick with the flu, mono, or any other illness? Have you recently been bitten or scratched by an animal or insect? Since you have been 3 days now with fever and possible swollen lymph nodes, I would definitely consider a visit to the doctor. Maybe you can get anti-virals or anti-bacterials to speed your recovery if you have a serious infection.

    Three days of illness? Sometimes these things resolve themselves.  Otherwise, see a GP.
