Both photos are blurry and out of focus, but it's probably VP, nothing to be worried about.

thats my hope. sorry the pictures are blurry. i can try to take better ones later my phone camera just doesnt like me. im teying to convince my mom to take me to the dr but she wants to try treatung me fir a yeast infection first

I agree- vestibular papillomas. Check the other side and you should see something similar.
And if you've already been HPV-vaccinated with Gardasil, there's very little chance they could be genital warts.

You asked why it's developed now? The answer is it's always been there; you just weren't aware of it until now. I'm guessing you're a teenager (you mentioned about your mum taking you to see a doctor)?
VP becomes more prominent during adolescence and is a secondary sexual characteristic like breast enlargement, pubic hair growth, periods, etc. It's quite normal to regard them as a sign of sexual maturity.

yeah, im 16. and i thinknive had little bumps there but i dont remember them looking like that before. its possible i have just over looked them

i also have these which i know ive had for longer. im thinking they are more of the same (along with fordyce spots) or if i should be more worried again, ive had my hpv vaccine and i know ive had these for atleast a few months.
