I don’t know what these bumps are and i’m scared!

Ive had the same sexual partner for over a year now and ive never seen these types of bumps ever. i had a uti back in december but i cleared it up. recently i had sex. and today, when i was in the shower i felt something weird, i didnt know what it was so i grabbed my camera and i took pictures, i have them right now TMI i apologize for this but i have to show somebody. its itchy when i touch it sometimes. i plan on going to the doctor but i need some help right now. can someone please tell me what this is please!!
