I don’t know what this is?! Is it a rash??? Should I be worried???

I have this rash around my labia for about a week now. its red and a bit swollen, i also have red little dots. I had itchiness and it burned when i urinate but not anymore. i also had white stuff around my vulva. my skin is really delicate especially with laundry detergent and since i started using a new brand of detergent could it be a rash? an allergic reaction to it? image

    Well,an allergic reaction is always possible but I think this is more likely to be an infection of some sort. Was the white stuff lumpy and grainy? That would probably mean a fungal infection...probably Thrush. You should be able to buy a Canesten treatment for that consisting of one pessary which you insert into the vagina as high as possible and also a cream which you use on and around the vulva. Keep using the cream until you have finished the tube even though you may feel better.

    If that doesnt work then do see your doctor to have a swab taken .
