This looks like lichen sclerosus, you have to immediatly visit a dermatologist.

idk how it started , i never feels itchiness, also its been for years , i thought this is common , but when. i heared that there is also penile cancer , so i got worried and tried to find about this, i used to masterbate 11-13 times a day like 3-4 year ago , i still masterbate like 4-5 times a day , dose this related to the problem? also my pink part is rough is it curable? , also there is no other kind of colours on my penis and near part of it , my skin colour look fine , should i go for scan or report? where should i go for it , which kind of doctor do i need to visit?

Hi I'd have it checked with your doctor or dermatologist it could be a fungal infection or a lichen condition. Dose your foreskin cover the glans completely? What is the normal colour of your skin on the penis some guys have a darker colour to the penis if the tip of your glans was exposed it could darken over time. But you should have it checked out.

my penis skin is black , put under part is pink , i think its cause of my tip get exposed some time , and is lichen condition is dangerous? is it harmful? , also can u tell me about those rough skin on my tips, is it curable?

thans for help , i am scared i will try to find dermatologist

It could be the reason why the tip of your glans is darker in colour and dry and more wrinkled if the foreskin doesn't cover the glans completely when you are flaccid. but it could also be a fungal infection so I'd have it checked out.

I wouldn't say lichen sclerosus is dangerous but it would need to be treated. I think its unlikely that you have LS though but you should have it checked with your doctor or dermatologist

I agree with Ivan K. Certainly if your foreskin doesn't completely cover your glans, then the section exposed to the air will get darker.

Generally the colour looks normal, but where is the rough area you mention?

Masturbation generally doesn't cause darkening unless you managed to bruise yourself. So I doubt that is the problem.

i mean by rough area is u see my glan it look so dry and have lines all over it,it look normal when my penis is awake, i don't speak English much so i dont know how to make u understand it, please sorry for my bad english

also do i need to go for urologist or dermatologist, also where can i get report about it like cancer report etc, i dont where to go and get help

Your English is fine. I understand where you say is rough now - Thanks for the clarification.

It does look a little dry. But this could be normal or a problem. It is unlikely to be cancer (often it causes lumps or bumps). A dermatologist is what you need for a conclusive biopsy test.

Depending on the country you live in, you may need a referral from a regular day-to-day doctor for a dermatologist.

The dryness will be the biggest clue to the dermatologist. Hopefully you have no major problem if any.

Feel free to dm me if you wish.

hey sir , i have tried to contact with dermatologists near me but most of them are closed ,

i did little research and i think the dryness on my glans is because of balanitis , is this dangerous? or harmful? and how do i cure it?

please tell me , i am sending this pic so u can confirm it ,if is it or not 🙏imageimage

      Hi,

Balanitis isn't serious & can be treated with anti fungal creams. But it doesn't look like balanitis to me. The purple looks like bruising and the wrinkleness from karatinisation (thickening of the skin) due to your foreskin not completely covering your glands, hence the darker skin there.

as Ivan and Rob mentioned, it might due to your foreskin doesn't cover your glans completely. My foreskin only covers like around 3/4 of my glans, and usually the tip is exposed therefore the color is a bit darker ✌
