I fainted and hit my head really hard. Trying to find the cause & post concussion symptoms

Hello.

To start off, I'm a 20 year old woman. I've been dealing with some health problems surrounding my eating habits. Due to feeling sick, I haven't been eating enough and since 2019 I've gone from about 165 lbs to 126 pounds without trying. I thought that might have been the cause of my fainting spell but I'm not sure.

Before I fainted, I got up and walked into my room to get something. I remember reaching my desk and then everything went black. I don't remember losing consciousness, I just woke up on the ground maybe two or three minutes later in the WORST pain of my life. I woke up in the opposite direction right in front of my desk meaning I either barely missed the edge of the desk or I hit my head on the desk before hitting my head on the ground. Either way, I endured serious trauma to my head the left a gash and pain that lingered for a week. I had a few headaches but my post concussion symptoms are mostly related to my emotional threshold; I can't stop crying, I cry over things I wouldn't have before, in public and in private. I also can't contain my anger and over the past few weeks I've become severely depressed. I've struggled with depression and anxiety for years and used to be on Zoloft but I stopped several months ago. This depressions worse than anything I've ever experienced. I didn't go to the hospital because I thought the pain would just go away.

Now I'm specifically concerned with the cause of my fainting. Yes, it's true I wasn't eating enough but I find it odd and confusing that I had absolutely no recollection of falling or feeling faint. With some research I found that "someone has no memory of the event whatsoever, it can suggest that an arrhythmia was the culprit.” This struck me because I was born with a heart condition. Arrhythmia can also be caused by stress, smoking or drinking too much caffeine, all of which I unfortunately have the habit of indulging in.

Should I be concerned? Should I see a doctor even though it's been almost a month? Is there anything that can be done about the other symptoms?
