I fainted and now I have severe chest pain

I fainted a few weeks ago and I’ve been having severe chest pain that comes and goes. But I am only 14 it can’t be serious can it? The night I after I fainted I felt like I couldn’t breathe, I was crying it hurt so much.

      No, my family knows I fainted but I never told them about the chest pains.
