mariaadam, my wife suffered with debilitating migraines for 13 years. A year and half ago the last doctor we went to see; told her that western medicine had nothing else for her to try. She changed her diet, three days later she had her last migraine in over a year. Migraine or a lot like PMR, each case and individual is different, but her's were food connected. Think positive and try to smile. ??

Hi Mariaadam89,
We tried Blood Group diet and that may help if you body doesn't tolerate certain foods. We find it to be quite effective to adjust our diet.
Emotional Freedom Technique / Havening Technique may help if the source is some kind of bad experience / trauma from the past. If EFT/Havening works within minutes and reduces pain, one of the sources may have emotional background.
We got rid of a lot of pains using these two methods.
Take care
Emil

Hi Maria, I hope things are better for you by now. I haven't been on this site for awhile so that's the reason for this late response...I had a friend who's headaches were helped a great deal by chiropractic treatments. If you've tried this, I would really be interested in how it turned out for you. Wishing you the very best. Betty
