I feel as if there are parasites in my face, I’m not so sure it’s purely neurological

I've been feeling sensations that feel like a few worms are slow moving their down from my face to my body

it's been happening for a few months at first i felt intense pain like some was trying to force its way down my neck and then it seemed like what it was got through because i felt something warm go down my back but now as if there's a long string of them through my whole body , like one repeatedly causes my jaw to tense up or my face to contort, and it feels as if its causing some muscles in my to tense up , I'm not sure if parasites are what is literally causing the feeling I'm just trying to explain the sensation to the best of my ability

I've gotten an MRI scan and nothing showed up there so that's big evidence its in my head but what keeps me from believing that is I can feel and affect the movement with my hands if search for it

So what i want to know is could that be a just something inside my head too and what could be causing this

Just in case it helps I'll detail the other health problems and symptoms i have

The main symptom i have is intense fatigue

I've also been dealing with depression

Mood regulation issues

And some brain fog

And I've previously dealt with heavy parasite infection that I'm still trying to clear out now

I'm 16 and these symptoms collectively have basically out my life and education on hold so any answers or routes for investigation would be greatly appreciated by me and my parents
