  • feeling tired and exhuasted
  • neck and back musles are hurting ( this could be the issue for my dizzinies )
  • feeling like my eyes cant see properly even though i did tests for them and i was 6/6
  • stupid/bad thought like something about to happen espically when im dizzy i feel like im going to fall apart
  • i keep checking my blood sugar every 1 hour (once to twice). even though im not diabetic
  • i feel my legs are jelly
  • i sometimes feel my head is heavy or im about to fall (like the ground is pulling me )

i used to be a healthy person , used to workout 2 hours a day (powerlifting + squash)

i'm so lost . i started to dislike waking up for work 😦

    Hello

I'm experiencing very similar issues to you and on reading posts on this forum, dizziness and unsteadiness seems to be an incredibly common and almost universal symptom of all types of anxiety. I think it maybe has a lot to do with being hypervigilant about general bodily sensations and possibly poor breathing techniques. I find when I'm standing still I feel like I'm going to fall and my legs feel weak. I'd love to find a solution because its exhausting.
