    Hi

When you in this. Don't google! Believe me..you will be calm again..it will go down. It really best, try not to do that txting all goodbye..that just scare them. Anxiety clearly got hold of you. It is very conniving feelings images. To get yourself grounded...do you have books..during my crazy unlogic fear holding me in it grips..few books during reading kept me sane. It like basically set what before you can keep you feeling sane but as soon look away done etc it come back..that high level. Your will be low level when it not come back any more ever you look away. Like Peter in bible story set on Jesus no fear but tear eyes away fear got him. High level like that

Hi Sheila- you poor thing, I know what you are feeling far too well. Luckily I have lots of advice for you. First things first, definitely see your doctor on Monday. Without a doubt. What you are explaining definitely sounds anxiety related. However, you should get routine blood work etc. to rule out anything else that could be going on. Which IS scary, I know, but hang in there and you will find relief! Have you ever taken any sort of medication for anxiety in the past or tried at home remedies to relax your body? I do take medication but am in the process of switching so I too have these panic symptoms on a daily basis. It’s VERY important to TRY to keep yourself above water. Catch it before it spirals like it clearly has. Even a minor anxiety attack can leave us feeling exhausted and foggy for the remainder of the day. So just know that this is normal what you have explained. Focus on your breathing. Shallow breathing will for sure cause you to hyperventilate. Slow your breathing down, actually listen to your breath. I also like to use imagery to calm myself down. Imagining myself on a beach with nice warm sand and the sun beaming down on me while listening to the waves. We are all here for each other! Please reach out if you need anything.

This is probably all caused by your anxiety, instead of googling your symptoms try searching for ways to deal with or techniques to cope with anxiety. Of course, always see a doctor and rule out anything else medical going on first, but take it from someone who has been doing this for over 20 years, your tests will most likely be normal. Then comes the real work, treating your anxiety. I don't care what anyone else on here says, anxiety is a real disease, you can't cure it with unicorns and rainbows and a lot of times medication is the only option that will help. Of course not for everyone but for a lot of us. Sorry, tired of people on here med shaming and trying to make others feel bad, but back on topic. You say you have shallow breathing, you should look up breathing exercises for anxiety, more often than not we hyperventilate without even realizing we are doing it until we start to feel funny. If you learn to do deep belly breathing it will help. Also, I have had all the symptoms you named above and more. And I have had every test you can possibly imagine and there is nothing else wrong with me, shockingly I am healthier than I look LOL. Since I had been chasing my symptoms for so many years with really no answers I even had a heart cath back in 2012, guess what, it was normal too. I have spent many a day and night just knowing I was going to drop dead at any minute, but I'm still here. I suggest seeing both a psychiatrist and a psychologist. Regular therapy/counseling is very helpful and you can discuss all of your treatment options. Never be afraid to ask questions or voice your concerns, they don't live in your body and they don't know what you are feeling. If you decide to try medication and it doesn't work, talk to the doctors about it. Always follow doctors orders when it comes to medications of any kind, and don't believe the horror stories you might hear. If you take it how you are instructed and only stop under doctors orders you should have little to no problems with any medication they might suggest to you. You also have to remember a pill is not an instant fix, it takes time to get into your system and do what it is supposed to do, you may have to change dosages a few times, or change to something else completely. But once again, always talk to your medical team about any and all decisions. There are also other things you can do on your own that might help but definitely won't hurt, things like aromatherapy, adult coloring books, keeping a journal, diets (what food and drinks to avoid), exercise and yoga, meditation, massage or accupuncture/accupressure, breathing exercises, grounding exercises, and so much more. Best of luck to you!!!

Omg. I've been like this more or less past 2 months.

Just breathe. Try to meet a therapist or get some mental health help.

DO NOT GOOGLE YOUR SYMPTOMS. I've done the same and have made it so bad for myself.

I hope you feel better . You're definitely not alone on this. We're all fighting a similar battle.

I think reading stories of those who have overcome anxiety should help. I haven't tried it but I think I should.
