I feel like I cant breath very good when I lay down.

Not every night but some nights when I lay down I feel like I'm not getting enough air. Sometime I feel like my chest is hurting and I feel sick to my stomach. The more I think about it the worse it gets. It does eventually go away .but it is the worst feeling

I feel like not knowing for sure if it anxiety or if something wrong is what makes it so bad every little pain or weird feeling I start over thinking and then the jot knowing makes it 10 times worse. I'll try the pillows .thanks for the reply.

Might have reflux which a pepcid can heal up within two weeks. And. Mediatations are lovely at night time before bed. Reflux will make you feel uncomfortable, throat gets effected as well. Worth the try with pepcid for a couple of weeks. Anxiety messes around with the stomach.
