I feel like I have a brain tumor... but I simply cannot tell. HELP!!! PLEASE

I have very minor headaches but have these weird vision changes, they aren't quite blurry eyes or double vision but sometimes I get pretty bad floaters and cant make out faces completely.. or I think I cant. I sometimes feel like I'm dying!!! Also, I get occasional stabs in my head that hurt a lot briefly. My biggest worry is these sort of "tics" I have in all of my body- from my arms to my legs they'll just jolt throughout the day.. not a muscle twitch but it's a brief, common twitch of a limb or finger etc. It happens I'd say from 10-30+ times a day at different random times! What could be the cause? I worry so much because I don't want to risk getting a brain scan! I'm only 16.
