I feel like I'm on the verge of dieing

I started my me steals today and I feel really really bad, my body is constantly trembling I feel so so dizzy and lightheaded I can barely stand up without collapsing! My vision is gone very weird and my eyes feel really tired and strained and itchy I litterally feel like I'm just going to die! Someone help me please😞

    My anxiety is always worse when im due on. Are you getting enough iron? It might be that which is easily solved! Have you got either some iron tablets or multi vitamins? Have you eaten enough (I know thats a stupid question but with worrying ect eating can help) Xx

      Hi! Yes I have anemia so I'm on iron tabs😞 and nope also I was out last night and had a few drinks so I'm thinking maybe that could be it too x

      Alcohol definitely increases anxiety for me too. Make sure you ave a good meal and dont stress yourself out too much. Are you able to wait and see how you feel tomorrow? xx

    I've been through similar when i was younger and drink definately made the whole situation worse. What does your doctor have to say about this? Let me know how you get on.

    After I have been out drinking my anxiety hits it's high get some rest sweetie u will be fine and drink coconut water really helps to hydrate x x
