Hello, new here. I'll be 49 in May. I feel I can relate to everyone here as well. I've had every single heart test, all normal. I feel there is something wrong with me all the time. My body aches, I feel I hurt everywhere. I wake up sick. I've read a lot of the comments looking for anyone that is constantly dizzy, and I haven't come across anyone else. Can anyone else relate to this one? I'm so scared I am dying. I am going to be a grandma for the first time in June and I'm terrified I won't see my grandson. I google everything. I'm constantly nervous. When I start dozing off at night, I wake up seconds later with worry, and feel sick and anxious. My periods will be missed for 50+ days, then I'll bleed for like 3 days. Or, I'll get 2 periods in one month. Since I was young, my periods were every 28 days. Now, they're all messed up. Help!

How are you feeling these days?

I am so pleased I have found this site. I have been going through menopause for what feels like forever.

I think for me it has been made worse by stressful situations in my personal life and I think that exasperated all the symptons . I had ask of the 34 symptons of menopause and really thought I was dying- had every test going and just tried to accept it. I hadn’t had a bleed for nearly a year and was feeling a little better then last October started to feel ill again and then bled in November and since then feel awful again my stomach is awful, heart racing , aching , not sleeping and exhausted - this is truly awful and it is all just so so scary - nobody tells you it is going to be this bad. Hi Kim, no you are not alone , I feel like i am going crazy . I have been to many specialists everything came back negative . Feeling unsteady when I walk is constant , always watching where I walk, always looking down to ensure I dont slip. I miss corners when I walk through doorways, I bump into chairs etc. I thought I was having a stroke. Waking up with nightmares or anxiety is terrible. I am looking into HRT I hope my Dr will do it

me too I'm exhausted. My stomach is always hurting and bloated. I feel like the Dr has missed something all clear with an endoscopy just showing mild gastritis no coleic or crohns disease.

Now my lower right handside of stomach hurts. Dr examined me and nothing concerned her. 😟

I want to be normal I'm in my 3rd year it all changed at 40.

hey! so lovely to hear from you. I went to the DRs last week she's amazing and examined me all my organs and said due to my gastric history it's hurting because of your acid. Today I had a shower and as I was getting out I must of pulled a muscle in my back upper and its been killing me all day! I also keep breaking out in spots! that's getting me down!

Go and see the DR as I know you get anxious. Are you taking any antiacids for your stomach? Aloe vera juice is helping me

hi! i did take aloe vera for my stomach didnt really help, i take a probiotic now & bisodol tablets for acid. i spoke to dr last monday she thinks im really stressed & back ache is tension have a prescription for duloxetine but havent picked it up yet as felt so ill & exhausted, but not sure i want to take it anyway as im really sensitive to meds, im looking at 5 htp now x

what's 5tp? bless you I have a hot water bottle every night as I'm so cold!

yes keep up with probiotics they take some time to work at least 3 months.

      have you had an endoscopy?

    • Edited

no never had one, 5htp is a natural relaxant & helps sleep. i can feel my stomach pain like left side under ribs & like my heart beating there if that makes sense?! i dont know whats making me more anxious the back, stomach or exhaustion x

    • Edited

ok in a way that's good as all your organs are mostly on the right handside.

Does your stomach feel hard and knotted brick feeling?

    • Edited

oh wow thank you so much thats really reassuring! yes hard and actually quite sore to even touch it, i can feel heart beating out my chest too even though its only 69 beats a minute x
