Hi Kim,
I have the same issues. My anxiety is through the roof too. I have mild nosebleeds as well and all the symptoms just make my anxiety worse. I am glad to have found this page. It makes you feel like you are not alone.

I was wondering today if mild nose bleeds were related to perimenopause as i have this too. So many weird symptoms!

Just the fact that there are 1496 answers to this post called "I feel like I'm dying" is quite significant, right?
I feel like I'm dying almost every day but today has been particularly bad, I feel so awful that I can't seem to shake off the idea that there is no way peri can make me feel this bad, and that I can't continue justifying my symptoms with peri and that I therefore must have some nastu neuro disease, but I have seen 2 neurologists 😦
Here go my symptoms, see if anybody can identify with them:
I use the word strange quite a bit because that is how I feel.
Sorry for the rant, much positive energy to you all x

so sorry, you will be better. Mine started in 2016 too. I thought a dreaded disease had come upon me until all tests done returned okay. Premenopause is something else! Love you dearly!

Help please!!!! last Monday I had this sudden pain in my lower back which doctor said was lumbago. Tuesday I went to work but left early because couldn't bend my back. That afternoon I went for a massage. Following say my left arm and leg were numb, went to ER where they did a brain scan and bloods to test for a stroke, a chest xray to test for I don't know what, and a urine sample for urine infection. All ok.
Two days later I still have numbness and now I'm so afraid of what it might be that I'm in a state of panic 24/7 which of course doesn't help.
But looking on the internet I've seen the odd thing about numbness related to perimenopause.
So the long explanation was basically to ask...anyone had numbness as a symptoms of peri? I just to know wether to rush back to the ER or try to relax.
Please help if possible. Thanks x

Hi Sasical,
Curious how this back issue worked out for you?
I had something similar 3 years ago, out of nowhere.
Hope you're well!
Sara

Hi Sara,
Well, in the same way that it suddenly came on, it suddenly went...only to be replaced by some other of the trillion of other odd symptoms I seem to get.
Wishing you well x

you are certainly not alone my lovely. I feel like this most days. I am taking HRT and have been for 3 years but still feel pretty crap. I honestly sometimes think I have a terminal illness that is going missed. I wake up every morning and think oh here we go again what is it today. I ache all over. I have constant wind and feeling sick. I feel dizzy like I am in a lift and always have this pit of fear in my stomach. I feel got and sweaty like I have a cold coming. I get constipated, have heartburn and headaches. I am only 52 but honestly feel like I am coming to the end of my life at times xx

I feel for you, I'm exactly the same, feel like I'm dying a slow horrible death, sooo many symptoms.
Tachycardia, shortness of breath, sweating, killer anxiety and my latest...drum roll...very scary spikes in my blood pressure, they have sent the ambulance twice for me when I phoned the doctor to ask if my readings were normal.
Anyone else with these symptoms?? I can't take it much longer, the health anxiety is hell on earth, after 3 years I'm starting to have dark thoughts, if it wasn't for my daughter.
