how can peri make me feel this sick
it started jan 2016 but past 3 months have beem horrible. i wake up at 5am feeling so sick. i am beyond tired everyday all day ( prob cause i dont sleep much ) and my body doesnt feel good. i feel like i am slowly dying and even tho all my tests come back normal ( and i havr had a lot ) that they are missing something thats gonna kill me. my constant upset stomach/trapped air burping/ feeling unsteady when i walk is the worst one, amxiety, feel like i have ongoing flu.
please ease my mind and tell me im not alone. this seriously needs to stop. its putting me into depression

Hi Kim,
You're certainly not alone. When all this started for me, I couldn't believe hormones could be responsible despite others telling me they could!
The exhaustion, nausea, onset of migraines, brain fog, erratic periods (just come whenever you want and be as heavy as you'd like, why don't you!), the flu-ey feelings nearly all the time, sore throats, anxiety, crying, dizziness, wooziness, strange tingling and boiling hot face - just awful, and I'm only a short time into it.
I try to keep positive, but some days it's so rough!

Amongst all you lovely ladies, anyonw with really odd symptoms when pooping? sweating, fast heart rate shortness of breath...generally feeling like about to drop dead?

Toria do get periods in the same month? Mines have been 21days apart been to gynecologist etc all clear.
I had my period on the 4th September and now I've started on the 30th September? A week early?

I have heavy periods and spotting througout the month and my obgyn said its hormonal she prescribed me med which i didnt take may i ask if you know who is a good candidate for Endometrial ablation procedure ? thank you inadvance.

hi Beth of course. I had a hysteroscopy done in May it was horrible. I cont take medication to lighten them due to my stomach issues. A good candidate is if there is no other option.
can I ask how old are you?

Just wondering do you all have random tingling/ shooting pains? This is my latest symptom. They will be in my stomach at times, then my leg or under arm or neck and head. So weird its starting to scare me. They come and go. Gosh this stage is no fun. x

Hi Shelley, yes, I can relate!! I have that regularly in one spot on my left ribcage... almost feels like the zap you would get from shocking a doorknob. I do have it random other places too (along the edge of my eye, down one hip, on my right ribcage...).
The first few times it happened, I was anxious about it. It happens most when I'm having other hormonal symptoms too, so I figure it must be related.
No fun is right.
