I feel like there's something in my ears

I get this feeling of something inside my ear, mainly in my left ear, I was born deaf in my right ear, that itchess sometimes.

The feeling is mild and comes and goes, sometimes it feels full, sometimes it aches when the pressure increases and sometimes it itchess., other times nothing, I feel it more at nights, than during the day.

It gives me tension headaches sometimes...

I tried rubbing a bit with cotton buds, without going deep, there's some wax there, it doesn't do anything.

I tried nasal irrigation...., that itchess the ear, and sometimes chewing also itchess the ear...

It helps a tiny bit for a short period of time.

I had nasal sprays from the doctor a few months ago, last May, but it doesn't do anything.

Sometimes I get episodes of silence,I can still hear but silent background, ringing in my ears, numbness in my head that makes me feel lightheaded sometimes panic I'm going to faint.

It doesn't always happen it's like once or twice a month and for a few seconds.

I do have anxiety, but unsure if it is, because I get it when I'm not anxious too...
