I feel lost I need help

i had sex with a guy i used to talk we had sex with condom but he stop cus he felt the condom came off and check i had the condom inside me i saw him last week and i notice 2 days later i was hurting from down there i took a shower and i took a look and i saw 4 little blister i was scared i started to cry i went to the clinic right away the doctor told it looks like herpes but they took out blood just to make sure they given me pills but i am so scared i feel lost i dont know how i am going to live with this i need help.
