I feel no motivation to do anything

I don't really know how to say this but I just don't see the point In doing stuff anymore. Like why should I eat on a daily basis when I can survive longer without food. Why should I get up in the morning. There's nothing to get up for. Why should I clean my room it will just get messier again. I know that these things have consequences but i just don't care.i honestly don't know what to do things that used to make me feel happy dont. For example hanging around with my friends but now I don't see the point in going out just to come back.
I just don't know why I'm being like this. People are saying it's just a tennage phase but nobody I know is like this constently. I'm sorry if it just appears that I'm just lazy Or making a big deal out of every thing but I've just lost all motivation.

If you are depressed and lax because of it and you have an understanding on why you feel the way you do, see your GP, He will discuss the reasons why you feel so lax in your life

welcome to the club
I am their most days of my life but no one kicks my but and tells me to get on with it you just have to go with the flow some times but in life if we don't move on from our moments of despair and hopelessness we do not see the good in ourselves and the world around us. go and have a long hot bath wash your hair and go for a long walk by an ice cream and enjoy make this your challenge for the day

It is obviously not a good sign, you need to find out why are you doing such things. What will happen if you do not do it? I see that you are thinking too deeply and too negatively.
Don't think like that, my friend. There are certain things in life which you may need to do at regular intervals so that the work you want to do becomes easy. Example, cleaning up your messy table. And meeting up friends is something which will give you to boost yourself, give yourself a hearty laugh and free yourself from your daily haasles. You need to start thinking as to why did you indulge into a particular thing at the first place. You can go for counselling as well. I recently consulted eWellness Expert. They have psychologists with good amount of knowledge and experience in their field. Don't worry. You will be fine
