I feel pain on my left testis due to over masturbation what do i do ? Help me.

I've masturbated excessively now i feel pain on my left testis especially after ejaculation. The pain does not stay for long it comes and goes a sharp pain but not intensive. What worries me most was i romace and kissed my patner but i feet nothing could it be an effect of over masturbation. I explained to a Doctor prescribed Raflanil and erythromycin i took them but no change. I when for scrotum test result says Normal scrotum. Please i need your help. What drug should i take. Thank you.
