    Hi Jay, you can always find compassion & a listening ear on this forum. We're not health professionals but many of us will be able to relate to what you are experiencing & offer you encouragement, support & advice based on what we have been through. Don't fight alone.... you are amongst friends here. Be kind to yourself & don't be too hard. Take care :-)
