i feel so low

I'm suffering a depression , I'm feeling miserable every day. What's miserable look like , I'm quiet , unable to think clearly , and felt like this for the last 5 weeks .

I'm on sertraline,

I'm not working , as cant think with a clear mind, life is so miserable.

i feel so guilty I'm a husband with a wife and two kids.

Please share with me any similar experiences to let me see tat glass is half full, at moment glass is empty and smashed.

    hi david, why so low? what happened as far as you remember? you been worse since taking sertraline? new antidepressants can take a while to adjust to, i now won't touch them a problem with them years ago took my faith out of them! find out the underlying cause, doctors seem to like them. without other support you may end up on them a long time, not great! 👎😥 try 😁 even at the smallest thing! good luck hopefully things will turn out ok

    I'm on sertraline as well 150mg,been off work since June have overwhelming anxiety depression.

    Hard to get out of the cycle some days im fine other days i just wanted to lock myself away,so your not alone
