Karthick, If a dentist and an ENT, backed up by an MRI, have told you there's nothing to worry about, I can't see how anyone can reassure you on a forum. There's clearly nothing physically wrong with you. I'm not surprised your stool is a little loose, given the extreme state of anxiety you've got yourself into. (I'm a former nurse btw.)
My major concern is your health anxiety. This is a form of OCD, and one of the more difficult kinds to treat. You really do need to start addressing this, preferably not by medication if at all possible. CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) is the treatment of preference, but this does require quite a lot of work from the patient. It's also important to find the right practitioner for you, so you might need to shop around a bit.
I hope you can find the help you need.

The feeling that something is stuck in your throat, especially when you try to swallow, is called globus. Around 90% of cases in otherwise healthy young adults are caused by anxiety. If you had anything going on in your throat or at the back of your tongue, it would have shown up in the MRI.
Burping and acid reflux in young people are almost always due to anxiety as well. When we become anxious we unconsciously tighten our abdominal muscles, increasing pressure around the stomach and forcing gas, and sometimes acid, back up.
If you've given up smoking already, by the age of 28, it's highly unlikely it will have done any permanent damage. Just keep it up!
If you're concerned about having a gastric and/or bowel problem, then go to your doctor and get a gastroscopy and colonoscopy. However, you need to realise that a negative result won't reassure you, but will only redirect your anxiety to another part of your body.
I'm sorry if this sounds harsh. I'm not trying to put you down, just alert you to the fact that you have all the signs of severe health anxiety. This is a condition that wrecks lives - the sufferer's and sometimes the lives of those around them - and really does need to be treated.
