I Feel Weird

Hi,

I'm going through a weird phase that just doesn't make any sense to me.

Over the past few months i suddenly started feeling depressed which lead on feelings of anxiety. I then started having difficulty getting sufficient sleep which i still am having, so i took 2 weeks off work, and i still don't feel any better.

During all of this my head has been feeling really frazzled. It's hard to explain. It's as though i'm going crazy, my head just feels really heavy and i have moments where i just start to daze out. There are rare moments where i forget to do something i initially intended to do or forget where i placed an item. These feelings play on worse when i'm in a social environment, everything seems to be over-active. I've also noticed that some days my vision is blurry.

I've been googling my symptoms and conditions such as depersonalization, disassociation, MS and Hypoxia crop up and a mixture of all i feel is what i'm experiencing. I'm considering getting a full body MRI.

I'm not sure if this is just from excessive worry or it's an actual condition but i'm really frustrated because i just want to feel normal and grounded.

Can anyone help?

HI Jowel: sorry to hear you have not been feeling well, have you had your blood sugar tested?

yes its called an A1C and you are fasting, you may want to ask your DR to be sure so you don't have to take any unnecessary test, i ask that question because i am diabetic and i could relate to what you were saying.
