I fell and hurt my hand and now my fingers are numb

Well the title says it all. I was at a bar Thursday night where i drank too much and blacked out. I woke up the next day feeling fine but my right hands little and ring fingers, along with the part of my palm under them, have been numb for roughly 3 days at this point. Asides from the numb part seeming a bit tougher than normal everything else looks fine no bruising or scratches at all. I am a bit worried now though because the numbness isn't going away even after 3 days. Any suggestions?

    Massage your fingers and palm every day. If no feeling comes back in 6-7 days then see your doctor.
