I felt a lump in my stomach once. What was it?

Hi! I'm a female who is 18 years old. I woke up in the middle of the night once and felt a small lump inside my stomach when I pushed it inwards, but I couldn't feel anything with my hands. I used the bathroom, and it went away after that. I haven't felt it since.

I also feel weak pains all over my stomach sometimes, but it doesn't bother me. I just notice it's there. In terms of bowel movements and so on things have been normal.

I've been overthinking about the incident with the lump. Do you think I should have it checked?
