Hi guys,
Ive posted before but on the 1 week mark. Not alot is happening yet, heartburn and stomach problems still and feeling like my head is about to explode hahahah but apart from that i ventured out for a long country walk yesterday with my wife. Was very cold but the sun was beaming down and slowly began to see things from a real level head and not feel like its not real that anxiety spaced out feeling like your in a dream. (I bloody hate that about anxiety).
What i read up on is about stomach issues and how to stop the burning or burping or acid reflux symptoms and i bought all ingrediants and seen a 65% reduction in those symptoms but only been doing this 2 days so hopefully will help more the longer i keep to my diary.
coconut water a quarter of a cup (yukk) but helps.
Chamomile tea 1 in the afternoon 1 at night. Helps to regulate the bowels.
Peppermint tea when ever you feel heartburn or sick.
Tymne boil it in a pan and pop into a cup while bloated or sick.
But the best thing i bought was natural honey 1 table spoon everyday or in boiling hot water its been proven to be just as effective as a cold and flu tablets and has antioxins in it.
Sorry to have posted again but being on here makes me feel better while i can help others amd myself
I hope your all well

I am glad you you had a glimper of a good day. I found that hot water with slices of fresh ginger helped the nausea and aloe vera inner leaf juice helped with my stomach. I was also told to eat lots of brown rice as it helps with imflammation of the colon.
Keep going it gets easier!

Yeah i actually bought some ginger aswell but mainly for my wife shes heavily pregnant and feel helpless for her as shes had a tough time with sickness and heartburn so i boil the ginger for her while shes having a hard time at some point in the day. It did add to my stress about the birth at first as im worried about seeing her in pain and dreading passing out as im a big wuss when it comes to blood and screams hahahaha ive just turned 27 and so proud of what i have but still get worried about irelivent rubbish. Im sure it will get better soon as my little princess is here lol

It is quite normal to be anxious about that, sometimes I blame everything on my anxiety then I have to remember that people without anxiety get worried about things too and thats normal. You have to remember what you have got through so far in life. Plus once your baby is born hopefully you won't have the time to worry.
