I find that estriol applied directly over urethra = urge misery.

I've read that many spread estriol (or whatever cream) liberally after they place the pea shaped amount into the entrance to the vagina. They save some and spread it all over the genital area up to the clitoris and back to the perineum including covering the urethra with it.
Anyone else get any problems soon after doing this, involving urge and frequency to urinate?
Thanks.
P.S> Maybe I'm just overly sensitive down there...

Yolanda, do you put it inside your vagina or your urethra?
Thanks.

RO,
I also thought this a couple of nights ago. Im going to start keeping track of any symptoms, if any, whenever I apply the estradiol. Sometimes you begin to doubt yourself when you experience various side affects. Youre not the only one who is super sensitive.

Patricia, I'm always doubting myself - sometimes winding up in tears. Sick of the whole thing!
I sent you a PM a while back - did you get it?

Hi Ann,
Sounds like you are doing great. Good for you!
I am in a quandary as to what to do next. Sometimes I just want to throw out all my prescriptions and go all natural - doesn't seem to make a big difference what ever I do.
My usual symptoms are a chapped feeling when I walk (vulva), burning, urge/frequency.
Some days I have just some of them -some days all of them
I told my DH that its like a rubik's cube in terms of trying to put it all together, what aggravates symptoms, how to address the symptoms (natural or rx) and, of course, stress which I have always - how it figures in.
