I found a bump under the skin of the shaft and it not on the skin its underneath.

it feels like I can push this bump in, it dosent hurt but it has this wierd feeling. it looks like some one took a grain of rice and cut it in half and put it under my skin. just to clarify. its not on the skin since as I move it up and down it stays in the same place. this happend yesterday and im very scared. it get bigger if im erect and its pretty hard to find when im soft.
