I was having a flare for several weeks until I took. Ibgard taken before each meal two tablets I feel great now it can be purchased over the counter.(Walgreens)I am not on any other medications cuz I didn't want to take prescription meds with all the side effects . I'm just so happy that I found something that works that's natural I hope that this will help someone good luck to you all
