I found small warts in the labia minorra and vagina, I am very scared its a HVP?

2 months ago I noticed a fleshy rash on my labia minorra I did a Pap test and everything was normal, but I still noticed small individual warts this time already at the entrance to the vagina and with each other, I am sexually active, although neither I nor my partner had any other than each other , My partner doesn’t have warts but he hasn’t done the test. I am very scared that it could be HPV and I am depressed that I have cancer and I will die. The doctor prescribed me vitamins for immunity but two months passed and the warts disappeared nowhere. I also applied the cream for ten days and used Epigen spray but to no avail what can I do now? Will you have sex? Could it be that elsewhere I would go and get cancer? Warts are very small, thin and skinny but as I noticed it is not a bit. I am very afraid that if I have sex I will postpone it to my partner or it will multiply even more. And I don't know where it came from, but I don't think I had it before. What can I do? I'm so scared, how can I get rid of it? I am going to start a family soon to have a child and have a sexually active life with my partner and me though I cry all day because I think the cancer doctor told me to wait and maybe they will disappear but they will not disappear. Please maybe help me and give me some tips on what to do and answer my questions.

      Dear inho,

I don't think these are warts; they look much more like vestibular papillomas which do not require any treatment.

I agree with Adhari, also...45% of all sexually active people have a active and detectable HPV infection in their bodies as we speak (Google the statistics), in 6-8 months almost all of them will test negative for HPV because the body eliminates the virus in most cases, in very rare cases...if it's one of the dangerous types like HPV16 (that doesn't usually cause warts), if your body can't defeat the virus and you have an active infection for over 15 years..you might develop cancer...but here comes the good news, they just started human trials on a new HPV vaccine called ChAdOx1-HPV, this human trial started in the UK and belgium on 105 HPV infected women with persistent infections and precancerous cells already formed, the goal of this new vaccine is to not only protect you from contracting the majority of HPV strains..but..unlike gardasil, this vaccine helps your immune sistem find the virus already in your body and eliminate it for good, faze 1 trial ends 2021, faze 2 trial will last for 2 more years, so by 2025 you should be able to get the new vaccine even if it was a high risk hpv that doesn't go away (keeping in mind that it takes decades for it to turn in to cancer).

But like Adhari said, it doesn't look like hpv, doesn't hurt to get a pap smere, but even if it hpv..relax and google "half of US men infected with HPV".

      Best of luck to you.

Thank you very much very calmly, unfortunately I do not live in the UK and I do not know about this vaccine I live in a small country - Georgia. Can you tell me if this vestibular papillomatosis may be that it has gone away on its own or why it came out now and not at another time what causes it to come out?

Could they disappear on their own again?

      Dear inho,

Not sure how old you are, but they often become more prominent during adolescence (i.e. from mid-teens to early 20s). They won't disappear as such but they may not look or feel so obvious in time.

the vaccine is in human trials now (not available to the public yet), by 2025 you should be able to get it at your doctor regardless of your country, but like Adhari said, it doesn't look like what you have is HPV.

I'm 22 years old. I didn’t even have a cycle this month and I had a bloody brown discharge I was so nervous so much that everything was worst. Couldn't I understand what I should do or could I have sex at such a time?

If you are worried you might be pregnant, then take a pregnancy test.

I'm not pregnant because I have not had sex since I found these warts and it has been three months. And what other analysis should I do now to rule out papilloma? I’m afraid I won’t infect my partner or move on to another hearth again these tendencies.

And also how should I get rid of them if this is VP? Could it have become more?

The only reliable way is to have a biopsy or a special HPV DNA test. Both are quite expensive and unnecessary, given the fact that genital warts are common and quite harmless. In most cases, genital warts clear even without treatment. Regarding VP, which is what I think they are, these are a normal part of your anatomy and don't need treatment.
