Hi everyone.

After research , I found something to help when increasing Zoloft ( it also helps with withdrawals!

It is Chelated Magnesium !   Not regular magnesium.. it must be the Chelated !  It is a little pricey and hard to find . Health food stores should carry it . I ordered mine online !   I cannot believe how much it helps me . I just increased from 100 to 125 . My anxiety was off the charts . It has a calming effect with no side effects!   I just take one half , twice a day after eating !   Just a heads up .. hugs to all . Debbie

      Hi Lorraine

Yes . I know I am taking a very low dose, but it can cause diarrhea so I am sticking with this dose and I will slowly increase it.

      Hi Lorraine

I just take one total a day which equals to 100 mg . My bottle says take 4 a day .. but as I said , I am going slow . I am suffering anxiety!   I increased from 100 to 125 two weeks ago today and I feel like crap ! I hate Zoloft!   I started it back in December, slowly increasing to 125 .. my dr wants me to increase to 200 and there is NO WAY!   The magnesium does take the edge off .. but I know I need more than I am taking . I am just sooooo tired of feeling like this 😢. I hope it helps for you !!!
