I found this in the opening of my vagina

    its a form of HPV , see an obgyn to get a pap done because some hpv strains are cancerous. theyll explain to you if youll need any treatment for it etc. for now abstain from sex/use protection.

    Not HPV. It looks like vestibular papillomatosis to me. They're painless and often come along with vaginal discharge . Most people misdiagnosed them as genital warts.
